Opportunity to head the manufacturing for a 10000Cr. company A chance to work with the leadership team and advance one\'s career Develop, implement, and enforce internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the organisation\'s standards. Take charge of Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control, and lead the finalisation and audit of the annual report. Provide strong support in Corporate Finance operations to achieve the company\'s financial objectives, offering industry insights, suggesting tax planning opportunities, and ensuring timely and top-notch financial reporting Take a lead role in the annual planning and quarterly forecasting exercises, contributing to strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those applicable to the company. Optimising Plant operating costs through rationalised financial analysis on Inventory, Budget monitoring, lean procurement operations and taking up improvement projects on identified bottlenecks in the supply chain. The Successful Applicant CA with at least 15+ Years of experience with mandatory experience in industries like Manufacturing, Pharma, Industrial goods and Automotive. The candidate must be proficient in SAP / ERP /Tally & advance excel The candidate working in more than 7000cr+ business is preferred The candidate should be open to working from Bangalore What\'s on Offer The incumbent gets a chance to work at a leading manufacturing entity with a turnover of 10000 crore and work directly with the leadership team.
