Job Description
Recruitment and Development of Business Associates - to manage them and ensure that they achieve their targets, and in turn achieve organizational targets. Managing team of Advisors and Business partners. Dealing with clientele issues. Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders. Building relation with the Leader. Supporting them to achieve their goals. Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow. Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential Products planning and implementation based on client needs. Training the advisors and business partners.
Required Candidate profile Candidate must have 5 years of Agency Experience in a Life Insurance Co and Age Under 40 Years
