Job responsibilities & expectations:
Planning of test data requirements of the project and creating test-data generation tools Estimating testing related data requirements based on technical requirements and be able to generate production-like data Understand and implement data privacy requirements Understand the application architecture and data flow/transformation Understand regulatory and compliance requirements and design data to validate compliance related test scenarios Deep understanding of testing processes and schedules to support the testing cycles seamlessly and with high-quality data always Provide suitable interfaces to project team to retrieve and use test-data Work with Agile teams for scheduling data harvesting and refresh requests, support end to end testing and other testing specific requests Responsible for servicing test data requests (Data Load/Scrub/Accounts creation & conditioning) based on assigned priorities. Primary PoC for all test data requirements Consult with Project Managers, QA teams, Developments Leads/Managers for considerations of projects. Documentation of user-friendly Test Data Management process Automate test data refresh and creation processes, including data feeds to automated CI/CD pipelines Bug or Defect Lifecycle & triage processes. Participate in project review and audit activities Automation experience using QTP, Excel Macros or similar tools Ability to write queries/macros/scripts using tools like SQL, VB, QTP, Selenium and XML Technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams and database design development Good understanding of various database technologies (DB2, Teradata, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL server, Big data/Hadoop) Good understanding of data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Provide updates for Project Schedule on weekly and monthly basis. Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces
