Job Requirements Phenom People is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Director, Enterprise to join our Sales team in our New England Territory. The Sales Director, Enterprise will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What You\'ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets Manage a team of sales professionals Build relationships with key customers Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers Negotiate contracts and close deals Provide regular reports on sales performance Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape If you are an experienced and motivated Sales Director, Enterprise looking to join a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you!
