Position Summary: The Manager Talent Acquisition Partner will have responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment including consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. The ManagerTalent Acquisition Partner will also work on projects with the regional talent team to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.
This role will be a part of a new TA Center of Expertise (CoE) structure and will work cross-country and cross-functionally as well as participate in TA CoE set up and development. This role is based out of Bangalore, KA.
