Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager / Asst. ManagerLocation: MumbaiDepartment: ResolutionsQualification: LLM/LLBExperience: 5 - 15 years:- Evaluating NPA accounts by taking Physical possession, sale of property as per SARFAESI guidelines.- Responsible for overall debt control, recoveries and collection of NPAs- Issuance of Notices/Replies to notices.- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.- Maintaining records of original documents and NPA accounts status for RBI reports.- Sale of Assets through DRT process under Recovery Proceedings- Drafting and vetting of legal documentation and ensure legal compliances are adhered.- Prepare various draft for filing under various Act\'s like DRT, NCLT.What we look for:- Litigation exposure is desirable.- Must have relevant experience in SARFAESI Act, IBC, NCLT etc. rules and regulations- Experience of handling NPA cases in ARC/Banking/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
