Job Description
We are looking for the role of Procurement Operation Mgr/ Senior Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Exp : 9-17 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to perform day-to-day operations . Solving queries related to Procurement operation and coordinating with customer.
- Manage a team of sourcing & procurement assistant buyers and buyers
- Maintain quality and service standards in support of the contracted SLA for business operations.
- Identify, recommend and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of processes.
- Stakeholder management, good communication, Ownership, Decision-making and Agile mindset
- Supplier Support, E-Auctions, Contract Creation & Analytics, PO creation & maintenance, Buying desk.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize procurement software and systems to streamline processes, track orders, and generate reports.
Desired Candidate :
1. Bachelors degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM.
2. Experience working with global stakeholders, vendors and clients outside India.
3. Good communication, Ownership and Decision-making
