Job Description

Preference: Working or recent experience in Hotels / Resorts projects. Incumbents should be willing to travel extensively to the site.

:

- The selected candidates would be responsible for managing the design of a specific project or multiple projects, depending on the magnitude and complexity of the projects.

- They would be required to effectively coordinate with Design Architects/ Consultants.

- They need to possess hands-on experience in design coordination issues and should be deft with scheduling, budget tracking, and client management, especially for hospitality projects. Other projects like Corporate Offices, Campus Development, IT Parks, shopping mall, Hotels, Resorts, Industrial, Infrastructure, etc. would be the added advantage.

Desired Profile:

- The position requires excellent communication skills, ability to lead the design team, and competency to handle all project planning and design.

- Candidate should be well versed with NBC/IS Codes and other applicable codes for project designing.

- The candidates should be B.Arch. with 10 + years of experience in the construction industry, especially in large-scale Buildings and Site Infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency is a must in design software- AutoCAD and building information modeling (BIM). Preference will be given to candidates with MBEM (Masters in Building Engineering Mgmt.)/ PGDCM (PG diploma in Construction Management) as additional qualifications.

- Specific experience of projects pertaining to Hotels/resorts is required.
