What are we looking for?
A motivated and experienced Design Professional to join our Business Development team reporting to the Manager - Design based in Gurgaon.
Skills & experiences required
- Ideally worked in a design consultants office and not in Real estate / developers\' firm.
- B.Arch. or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college
- Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations
- Communication and presentation skills
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
What\'s in it for you?
- Will be responsible for coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop world class designs for Stores.
- Custodian of store designs - develop designs for all upcoming stores
- Engage with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template
- Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ\'s (bill of quantities)
- Should be able to do Cross-functional coordination, good inter-personal skills
- Visit On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.
- Some site/construction experience.
