Roles and Responsibilities

• Day to day correspondence management with Client and maintaining record.
• Claim Management.
• Monitoring Project Progress with plan and identifying variance for the same.
• Application of time over run/ Notices in case of Variations/ Claims.
• Assist Head Contracts/PM in resolution of Disputes.
• Maintain MIS & Monthly Progress Report.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/ B.Tech. Civil, Masters in QS/Contracts. LLB
• 5-10 Years of experience in Contracts/Claims Management.
