Our client offers services like Experiential Marketing, Event Marketing Solutions, Intellectual Property rights, Digital Marketing, Exhibitions and Pavilions, Urban and Rural activations, Films (TVC+ Digital), Out of Home Advertising, Artist Management, Sports Marketing, Public Relations campaigns etc. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Maintaining cordial relationships with all clients through various communication platforms \xc2\xb7 Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough coordination \xc2\xb7 Strong coordination with Design and Production team to execute glitch-free events \xc2\xb7 Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, etc. \xc2\xb7 Doing Research, Booking Artiste & vendors, and negotiating as per requirements. \xc2\xb7 Good Interpersonal skills to work with the reporting Manager as well as clients. \xc2\xb7 Should be on toes with responses during Events and Conferences. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or associate degree \xc2\xb7 Previous experience working in an event industry preferred \xc2\xb7 Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.
