Job Description

: Responsible for day to day accounting for the company as well as the clients Lead a team of accounting staff to ensure quality of work and implement best accounting practices. Responsible for finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) Responsible for GST and Direct tax filling, including ITR for companies and individuals Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation Manage team of Accountants Key account management (Single point of contact for key accounts/clients) Other Responsibilities: Co ordinate with vendors and other business affiliates Contributes in improvement of internal controls Assists in financial planning and budgeting process for the company Responsible for co ordinate with internal and external auditors for resolving queries Provide assistance to the team and clients in regulatory and compliance matters Requirements: Hands on experience with leading accounting software(s) like Tally and Quickbooks, Cloud based software experience is a great plus Strong hold on taxation related matters, including various applicable taxation benefits available to startups, and MSMEs Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting and other modules. Experience of working with leading ERP/CRM system a major plus. Thorough knowledge of GST required to handle GST registration and returning filling Minimum 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience with a reputed CA firm Excellent communication skills Willing to work in a start up and high paced environment Language : English, Hindi and Gujarati Work Location - Ahmedabad
