Key Responsibilities:
- Pune Warehouse Management and control.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of stock, daily, weekly and monthly stock evaluation and verification
- Proper Receipts, storage, documentation of all material. Strict adherence of SOPs of Stores department.
- Proper Dispatch of material with all documents, maintaining FIFO and with out transit damages
- Inventory Management, ensuring its accuracy, Traceability & proper storage in defined places
- Adhering Cycle count activity and analyzing gaps and take CAPA (Corrective and preventive measure). Ensuring Annual Physical Inventory Count as per defined process
- Coordination with Gurgaon and Mumbai Warehouse and reconciliation of data on monthly basis
- Ensuring min max levels of stock.
- Handling non stock items (consumables)
- Implementation of ISO/TS quality system.
- Good coordination with Purchase, PPC and other departments.
- Timely issue of material on shop floor as per plan
- Adhering to all financial and legal audit requirements and timely closure for the gaps
- Manpower management.
- Material accuracy, Cycle count accuracy more than 98%
- As per target - Inventory turn
- Material Traceability - From receive to dispatch ( At every stage in plant )
- FIFO - For all R.M. TO FG
- Maintain lowest inventory variance by establishing structured & systematic approach
- Need to lead shipping out unit with inventory adjustment in system on time as per requirement of customer demand.
- Support lead logistics for incoming & outgoing inventory of the plant
Education Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate Mechanical stream
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Data analytical skill
- Presentation and communication skills
- knowledge of working in ERP
- good in Microsoft excel
- Knowledge of all legal and Financial compliances related to stores
Leadership Competence:
- Decision Making
- Influence skills
- Able to interact properly with various Deptts.
Relevant Experience:
- 8-10 yrs in stores in Industrial sector
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
- 1%
- English & Hindi or local language
