• Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and customers to handle accounts.
• Prepare weekly MIS for external stakeholders and internal management.
• Based on regular data evaluation, work out new strategies to achieve finest results.

What we are looking for from you:
Essential:

• Proven experience in Client Customer roles
• Proven experience in Vocational know- how Business or working within a Sector Skill Council
• Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel (graphs, pivot tables, charts, etc.) Desirable:
• Excellent communication and logical skills
• Experience to perform in adverse & volatile circumstances
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
