KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER II CLIENT SERVICING

ABOUT THE ROLE :

- Frequent engagement with clients, understanding the needs and finding solutions.

- Ability to interpret client needs/briefs and translating them into inputs for internal team towards credible solutions

- Revenue management

- Manage conversion & in-sales

- Retention of existing clients

- MIS preparation & High Level Presentations & Story Boarding

- Coordinate with operations and communication teams to deliver output in alignment with brand expectations

- Ability to come up with unique & creative solutions and convince the client with conviction on ideas being presented.

- Handling escalations and finding resolutions

SKILL REQUIRED:

- Proficient in Striking business communication & influencing skills with different stakeholders

- Ability to Work on MS office- excel & ppt and google docs , spreadsheets, etc.
