Position Responsibilities : Coordinating across locations for uploads. Ensure compliance to franchise (agency) requirement on Verification reporting. Adherence to SVCL guidelines through monthly audits. Regular review of Declines, conducting joint field visits. Drive non-FTE team for Daily activities & create adequate backup within the team to handle activities on time. Sharing feedback with Sales team on regular basis. Reviewing Verification Cost. Regular agency & field visits and Conducting Field back check audit on the requisite sampled cases and promoting joint visits. Achievement of 100% daily verification upload targets Skills Sets Required Should possess strong execution skills along with demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions. Ability to generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions, and implement quickly and efficiently. Strong team management skills and vendor management skills. Forecasting skills. Should participate strategically and tactically in development and implementation of Verification Strategy Good communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration. Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to resolve conflict effectively. Must Have Qualification Post-Graduate / Graduate Degree or equivalent educational qualifications. Management Degree/Diploma will be an added advantage. Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes. knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability. Relevant Experience With Respect To The Role Good written & verbal Communication skills, Project Management Experience Graduate (any stream preferable commerce & arts ) with experience of 4-6 year or MBA from reputed B School with an experience of 4-6 years Vendor Management , Project Management & People Management experience of 4-6 years
