- Must have worked in a Software Consulting Companies
- Must have worked on Quickbooks
- Must have worked in both Large and Smaller Companies
Role & Responsibilities:
I. Coordination with various functions heads:
- For implementing various organization policies and compliance
- For MIs and Audit
- Representing department at monthly meeting
II. Handling various Accounts & Finance Functions for US:
Accounts Receivable:
- Monitoring and adhering to credit limits
- Regular reporting to sales team about all receivable
- Monitoring of receivable
- Responsible for determination of doubtful debts in consultation with CFO and business head
Accounts Payable:
- Setting up credit checks criteria and check days
- Monitoring and adhering to credit days
- Regular payment to vendors
- Generation of weekly reports and raising alarms for advance payments to the Management
Fixed Assets:
- Monitoring of Capex budget
- Maintenance of up to date fixed assets register
- Depreciation as per books and IT
- Tagging of FA
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reconciliation of physical and books
Tax Fillings:
- W-2
- US GAAP
Accounts Finalization:
- Responsible for finalization of accounts of all companies/branches as per respective applicable Accounting GAAPS
- Responsible for preparation of consolidation of accounts as per US GAAPs
- Liaison with Statutory and internal auditors
Cashflow including treasury:
- Responsible for monthly Cashflow of various regions and/or product
- Management of funds of the group
