About the role


Job Responsibilities In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing Information Memorandum & Project Reports for discussions with Banks

& Financial Institutions (FIs).

• Preparing Financial Model for lenders with all the assumptions and in line with the

project requirements.

• Preparing Project Term Loan Applications & other documents for Loan Syndication
• Discussing fund based/non-fund-based facilities terms and conditions with the

potential lenders.

• Completing the PDC requirements including opening of TRA account, appointment

of lender's consultants, all undertakings, finalization of reports from lenders
consultants and all other requirements as part of facility agreement

• Making Debt Arrangement for the projects.
• Executing the Credit Appraisals and addressing all the queries that arise during the

appraisal process.

• Issuance of letter of credit for vendors in order to secure supplies for projects
• Issuance of EMD and PBG as and when required to meet the Project requirements.
• Complete documentation for Credit rating
• Meeting the compliance requirement from lenders for credit facilities in different

SPVs by arranging the documents through internal coordination.

• Collection of Data from concern department periodically; prepare and update MIS.
• Providing information to rating teams and Coordinating site visits

Educational Qualifications . MBA - Finance Work Experience 5+ years of relevant debt management experience, candidates with experience in the
renewable energy industry. Other Skills . Ability to work with cross functional units while handling tasks independently.
