Western Union powers your pursuit. We\'re seeking a Manager, UI/UX Digital based in our Pune, India office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership experience in dynamic environments, and managing operations of design teams, consultants, and agencies. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, Operations, Marketing, Branding) to develop smart, creative interactive ideas and manage all types of design and customer experience projects (e.g., websites, mobile applications, experience concepts, and micro site design, etc.) Deliver creative marketing designs as appropriate in conjunction with marketing department and agency partners. Design user experiences for new and existing products (mobile, web and kiosk) Work on various levels of interaction and user experience documentation. Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders through all stages of design. Develop hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps that effectively convey design intentions and interactions. Deliver final specifications and assets to engineering team. Manage multiple projects and contribute to product improvements . Create clickable prototypes, when necessary , develop and manage industry best practices in design while building and managing standards for design, content, digital branding etc. Conduct user and competitor research and testing. Build governance to manage UI standards for digital properties. Assess and define both the creative and technical aspects of projects, develop project statements of work, timelines, budgets and identify the appropriate resources (internally and externally) to successfully deliver. Leverage strong communication skills to communicate strategy and vision as well as effective communication and driving of detailed project schedules to manage both internal and client expectations and ensure jobs are delivered on time. Role Requirements . University Degree in relevant field of study . 10-12+ years of relevant work experience required . Ability to develop and manage corporate design and online branding standards . Experience leading client teams from business development presentations to developing digital design solutions . Previous management experience with a clear and empowering management style. Experience building teams from scratch is a bonus . Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, video compression, etc. ) . Extremely organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment . Customer focus . A strategic thinker able to contribute at a senior level in addition to strong operational and delivery skills . Strong creative and conceptual thinking: to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth . Demonstrated success leading delivery of complex global initiatives . Holistic understanding of Western Union business, products & services . Strong, motivating leader with demonstrated coaching and influencing skills . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & constantly evolving corporate environment . Open minded and change oriented with a willingness to take risks and lead change . University, college degree or proven equivalent experience . Experience creating wireframes, mockups and documenting interactions for UI specifications . Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns . Able to manage your own project and mentor Jr. designers on the team . Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) . Organized, dependable and rarely miss a deadline . Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively . Strong and clean design aesthetic . Passion for learning and staying on top of trends . Proficient in Sketch / Figma, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop . Aware of HTML/CSS/JavaScript .
