Senior Manager / AVP Digital Marketing Edventus Job responsibilities : Performance Marketing of digital accounts. S/ He needs to be a person with a keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry and sharing that knowledge and information with the rest of the team. Drive marketing department s commercial performance through systematic campaign- specific results and overall measurement. Consumer acquisition & engagement using Digital Assets (Paid/ Earned/ Owned) Own the life cycle of all digital assets with Corporate Branding Responsible for lead generation and sales closure using digital platforms Build, develop and execute Digital Campaigns (Display, SEO, SEM) by coordinating with Digital Agencies Assist in building digital assets, day- to- day maintenance and refresh Contribute to drive the e- sales business by way of Digital Performance Campaigns (Execution, Monitoring and Analytics) Competitor benchmarking Own the performance marketing ROI Liase for legal approvals needed for Digital Assets Lead activities to drive relevant traffic to the digital assets Web analytics to understand performance and bring about efficacy & efficiencies of spend Lead marketing automation Ability to lead and coordinate with digital agencies for creation of digital performance campaigns based on marketing insights and competitive landscape Ability to think digital and translate digital ideas into reality Good data orientation and creative thinking Team player Hard working & willing to learn Minimum 8- 12 years of experience of contributing in Digital Marketing teams with proven record Exposure to Website projects & concepts such as wireframes, CMS, user testing, design, UAT, website launch Exposure to Digital Marketing areas such as SEM, SEO, e- sales, Google Analytics etc Exposure of working in a Financial services / E Commerce / Banks / NBFC s / Insurance companies would be an advantage Graduate / MBA in Marketing
