Job Description


Summary of the Role:

- To promote brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement. Websites, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and online advertising campaigns would be a few of the digital platforms to be managed.

- To assess campaign performance, enhance strategies, and meet marketing goals, the digital marketing manager is expected to examine data and metrics. To work together with cross-functional teams and outside partners to make sure that digital marketing activities are coherent and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement digital marketing plans that are aligned with the overall business and marketing goals.

- Identify target audiences, market segments, and digital channels to maximize brand visibility and reach.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

2. Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various digital channels.

- Create engaging and relevant content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.

- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure consistency with brand messaging and guidelines.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage social media accounts and create social media marketing campaigns.

- Plan and schedule social media content, engage with followers, and monitor brand mentions.

- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to improve organic search rankings.

- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to make data-driven SEO recommendations.

- Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry changes to ensure website compliance and visibility.

5. Paid Advertising Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising.

- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and target audience parameters.

- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize targeting for maximum ROI.

6. Email Marketing:

- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.

- Create compelling email content, segment email lists, and measure campaign performance.

- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement.

- Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Utilize web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to gather and analyze data.

8. Collaboration and Project Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners involved in digital marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate and prioritize digital marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (additional certifications are a plus).

- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a assistant manager or managerial role.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, channels, and best practices.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity and ability to think strategically.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
