Roles & Responsibilities:
'The role holder will:
- Align Technology roadmap and HR plans - support cross-technology roadmap planning and regular Tech reviews
- Drive execution of Tech initiatives to realize agreed outcomes.
- Track project progress throughout the entire Software development lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer / employee to drive employee engagement at the planning, designing and delivery stage of enterprise solutions.
- Implement capacity and performance management, analysis of the current technology landscape to detect gaps, deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Build robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track adoption of HR systems / employee platforms
Key Success Metrics:
Employee Engagement app delivery; Putting a robust support structure in place; Adoption of employee platforms
