Key Objective of the Job: - Developing retail Wealth digital DIY products
Major Deliverables: - Major Deliverables: - Building & developing Wealth Platform products & services Innovating new ideas on Wealth Business led by Digital Channel Developing Online & offline Digital journey of customers Developing Investment platform & features- MF, Fixed deposit, insurance etcc Good knowledge of MF Business & Investment Business Building Cross- sell opportunity across products in wealth business Understanding of other Financial products – Loans, Insurance Understanding of customer behavior/requirements Being abreast with the market, actively taking queues & building business opportunity Analyze customer & product trends to target new customers , deepen existing customer relations. Using data for enhancing business opportunities Partner closely with internal stakeholders to re-design customer experience, drive new customer acquisition efforts, deepen existing customer relationships through refinement & creation of compelling product & user desired offerings Management of team , managing external & internal stakeholders Recommend & influence Digital strategy at senior management level
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 8-12 years in financial industry
Specialized job competencies: - Think & Design user journey Digitally Understand retail consumer / wealth business Competition awareness, understanding market trends related to business Other desired attributes: Collaborative, can work with various stakeholders Able to get process & product end to end mapping Design & implement workflow
