ROLE SPO TSM Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Sales/ Sales and Distribution Location Raipur Job Purpose To manage and drive sales through promoters in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in UL gross with 4G handset & MNP focus Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Active MT, SPO & KRO Count - Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business, MT chain engagement Promoter Productivity - TL\'s monthly PJP setting & tracking Mpower adherence on attendance & training Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP Carry out OJT.
