1 Provide remote Technical Assistance to assist dealers in complex trouble shooting of unresolved problems
2.Failure Root cause analysis and share information with upstream teams for product improvements
3. Enhance technical capabilities of dealer personnel
4 Dealership audit on technical aspects
5. Ensuring smooth new product launches from Technical support side
