About the Role
Manager Integration Consulting is responsible for managing small delivery teams and developing integrations between Workday & third-party systems such as Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and a host of other exciting vendors & systems in the Human Capital Management, Financial or Supply chain space all over the world. The development process includes the full implementation cycle from initial discovery & design, to development, and through to production. Our analysts are involved throughout and are instrumental to the success of our projects.

Consulting Experience: We value qualities such as a willingness to take charge, ability to communicate clearly, the skill to simplify a complex problem, a drive to manage multiple initiatives at a time, and confidence to lead a group of people through a challenge and to a solution. You should have the capability to work with a variety of personalities and business environments. Much of our work is done over the phone.
Project and Team Management: This role is what we call a “player coach” role, whereby you will need to receive a complex project or deliverable and make decisions about which team members will be most successful at an on time delivery, and make leadership and project management decisions as such to guarantee a successful project and happy customer. At the same time lead by example by being hands on for the project deliverables.
Technical Background: We’re not all about coding, but at least some recent coding experience is important. If you have more, all the better. We accept experience in virtually any programming language, with the idea being that if you can code well in one language, you can do the same in another. We especially value coding experience within the context of a business system environment such as an ERP, CRM, or similar.
Implementation Exposure: We operate as a team moving through various phases of an implementation and look for folks who are have experience working within these phases. You should demonstrate the ability to coordinate with others on determining priorities, setting customer expectations and managing interdependence's between technical and functional work-streams.
Functional Knowledge: Functional experience with systems in the HCM space are especially appealing to us, along with solid understanding of business flows such as Onboarding, Active Directory, Time Tracking, Benefits & Payroll. Alternatively a good understand of financial domain knowledge. If you do not have deep functional knowledge in these areas, we still maybe interested if you are strong in consulting and technical areas.
People Management: People management experience of leading technical team members and providing them all the technical guidance. Work with Supervising leader and team for accurate forecasting and delivery of the team for meeting the utilization and growth of the employees. Be able to manage the team dynamics and build high performing team.

About You
Basic Qualification

  • 10+ years’ experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar Finance, HCM and CRM applications in integrations
  • 5+ years of hands managing teams and people and providing hands-on technical guidance

Other Qualification
  • Deep knowledge of HCM or financial accounting best practices and procedures. Accounting background a plus
  • Previous consulting experience either as an internal Analyst or with a consulting/software company
  • Ability to work with ETL software, Web Services, XML/XSLT, VBA, Microsoft Excel and an appetite for learning more .
  • Understanding of data modelling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and expertise in Sql.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Team builder and team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers.
  • College degree in computer science, information systems, Finance, Human Resources or related
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
