Job Description
Manager- Taxation
- To prepare/ file/ and undertake review tax compliances (including tax payments, tax returns and reconciliations) within due dates
- To ensure compliance is undertaken as per agreed process and report deviations from process, if any
- To prepare replies to notices/ queries etc from tax authorities
- To respond to the tax queries of internal & external customers
- To collate and provide requisite data/ information to Tax consultants, Auditors & Outsourced Vendors
- To prepare/ review tax dashboards and circulate on monthly basis
- To coordinate with IT and other business functions for tax related system developments
- To guide junior team members for tax operations and compliances
- Authorised to act as delegated by Reporting Manager/ Team Head and as per expense matrix maintained by finance team
- Short payment of taxes= INR 0
- Interest/ penalty leviable on current compliances = INR 0
- Release of tax dashboards to EX-COs
- Response to all high importance queries
- Response to other queries
