Manager Taxation

For our Finance & Accounts department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for the Manager – Finance & Accounts
Your future role Accounting & Taxation support to finance Controller to manage the Taxation issue and submit various tax related returns on monthly, yearly basis for the plant. Control its resources of SAP reports and ensure that all reports transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations as per the Taxation Law, accounting principles, and standards.

• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports
• Coordinate with Tax Auditor and prepare Tax audit B/S and 3CD, 3CB Reports, filling of ITR6-Income tax Return.
• Coordinate with auditor and filling the Income Tax return.
• Computation of Tax working.
• Support Liaison with govt. authorities and bank
• Coordinate with govt. authorities for taxation issue, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Sales Tax due assessments as

per yearly basis and submission and compliances to assessing officer

• Transfer Price Audit.
• Keeping the records and documentation.
• Monitoring the Inter- company transactions on monthly basis
• Ensuring the Audit
• R &D Activity
• Preparing capital CER as per AOP and allocating budget.
• Ensuring monthly capitalization with Plant manager review.
• Compute monthly CWIP addition for reporting.
• Reconcile & post monthly depreciation in SAP as well as post purchase accounting entries.
• File various return as per the GST Act.
• Filling of GSTR, Profession Tax return monthly and yearly. Monthly closing entry for GST as per return of GSTR

and reconcile the GL for GST liability, assets.

• GST Audit and compliances under for Various Depots and company.
• Participant in financial audits
• To support for financial audit and comply with financial auditors
• Additional Responsibilities
• Assesses training needs and supports employee training, including communication of procedures and work practices to employees in their area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Education Level: : M.com., DCM with 10yrs. experience
• Education Level: : CA, Inter CA with 5-6 yrs. experience

• Education Program: Graduation & Post Graduation(B.Com/M.Com)
• Professional Certifications: Experience of SAP FICO module is must
• Advance excel knowledge is must.
• Years of Experience: 6-10 years of experience in manufacturing environment (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage)
