Geographical Scope: Pan HCCB - Staff & Managers.
Reports To: National Manager - Talent Management
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Support the execution of PDF, High Potential Development and HCCB Succession Planning process to readying of talent who will deliver our future
- Strengthening Talent Pipeline across levels by deploying Organization wide Talent Management projects for niche population groups - Work on projects identified from 2022 Garage Workshop on Inclusive Talent Pipeline
- Deploy frameworks/ interventions for smooth & clear Career Development for all our associates.
- Support in driving end to end Performance123 (Performance Management) at HCCB : Work That Matters Most, Refreshing Conversations, PMS Surveys & Performance Differentiation
- Driving the culture of Refreshing Conversations across the Organization
- Work on Performance Culture Index deliverables
- Work with HR - IT & Shared Services team for continuous improvement in Technology (SuccessFactors)
- Talent & Development CoE at HCCB and Bottling Investment Group (BIG Group Office)
- HCCB Shared Services, HR - IT
- HR Business Partners
- Business leaders / People Managers
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources in the areas of Talent / Performance or Org Development in a fast-paced Organization
Functional Skills:
Knowledge & Experience Talent Management / Performance Management. Additional exposure to Corporate Org wide projects on Learning, Culture or Engagement will be preferred. Exposure to SuccessFactors interface is preferred.
Strong in Data Analytics, Communication, and able to build collaborative relationships across the System.
Travel: 0-10%
