Manager Talent Acquisition Qualification : Graduate / MBA Location : Noida CTC : 10 -18 lpa Experience : 8-10 yrs Note : Candidates from Reputed B-Schools and MBA colleges will be preferred . JD :
Good knowledge of hiring process and how to manage a team and optimize the
use of hiring portal like naukri, LinkedIn, indeed etc. Brand and Image building
of the organization. Assertive, target oriented, good in networking and capability of closing position
within time lines. An active and approachable persona with ability to achieve
numbers. Ability to guide the team and ensure optimum output. Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding. Manpower planning, budgeting and deployment, compensation strategy. Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws and changing business needs Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position. Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building Clearly articulate and sell the value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc. Actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system Provide an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role To own and manage the social media strategy to continually promote the brand. Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events Ensure that timely updates and communications to candidates regarding their status in the process
Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities and update to the Business. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year Schedule:
