ROLE SUMMARY
Design and execute talent acquisition strategy for across level hiring including Senior level hiring ensuring adequate availability of talent in minimal time during various phases of business growth of the organization.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
1. Ensure successful closing of positions using a right mix of talent hiring strategies, role understanding and selection of the right candidates
2. Design sustainable hiring strategies through focus on - referrals, internal job postings, vendor and any other suitable source of hiring as per organization process & policy.
3. Manage and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive fulfillments of hiring needs
4. Drive closure of open position in line with the target and TATs defined
5. Maintain accuracy of data, design and prepare of daily, weekly & monthly dashboards
6. Ensure smooth onboarding and Induction of the new joiners and track progress up to confirmation
7. Work closely with the automation team to fulfill digitization of recruitment related processes
8. Assist the recruitment team with any other projects / recruitments as assigned .
