We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our organization. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and executing our company\'s talent acquisition strategy. Your primary focus will be to attract, identify, and recruit top-tier talent to meet our current and future organizational needs. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a talented workforce that aligns with our company\'s goals and values.




Responsibilities:




1. Develop and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Collaborate with senior management to define talent acquisition objectives and requirements.

- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and growth plans.

- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.




2. Full-cycle Recruitment:

- Source, identify, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Review and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Lead and facilitate interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

- Negotiate and extend job offers, manage pre-employment processes, and coordinate new hire onboarding.




3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

- Develop and promote our employer brand through various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Create compelling job postings and marketing materials that effectively communicate our company\'s culture, values, and opportunities.

- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Regularly assess and improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance the candidate experience.




4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support.

- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies for specific roles.

- Partner with external agencies, job boards, and professional organizations to expand our talent network and stay updated on industry trends.




5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.

- Generate regular reports and provide insights on recruitment activity, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.

Requirements


Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator and Well organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker with Good team-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in business administration, human resources or relevant field. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (6 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
