- Only IT hiring within Chennai
- Handling an IT hiring team
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strategy building
- Forecasting
- Multiple Stakeholder management
- Assessing the candidate on phone and do initial screening
- Must know how to manage the IT hiring for a pharma based company
- Should know how to analyze the HRMS tools does he has hands on with People soft HRMIS (company uses Workday)
- Overall must have good exposure to IT hiring
- Manage hiring partner, internal and external stake holders
