We are looking for an accomplished TA leader that is able to guide and carry out our vision, which is to "recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce that can succeed in a dynamic environment." Directly reporting to the CHRO, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in leading the recruiting team. For the purpose of better understanding workforce needs and gaps, the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting in this position will forge and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, hiring managers, HRBPs, HR process owners, etc. Additionally, you will be in charge of creating and implementing specific recruiting programs and tactics that aid several corporate objectives.

  • Encourage long-term TA strategies that aid the Workforce.
  • Develop, plan, implement, and manage end-to-end strategies in collaboration with HR leadership, business leaders, and recruiters to support the attainment of business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide candidates with a positive, lasting candidate and new-hire experience.
  • Improve end-to-end processes and possibilities to enhance TA operations.
  • Ensure that inclusive recruiting practices are taken into account at every stage of the procedure.
  • Manage and organize recruitment marketing initiatives to maintain brand and vision alignment. Manage recruiting vendor relationships.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Internal customers by using metrics and data to assist in defining industry trends, best practices, etc.
  • Assist company leadership as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and consultant on all facets of talent acquisition and recruiting techniques.
  • Create thorough and cutting-edge talent management plans and roadmaps.
  • Cooperate with important internal stakeholders and keep a positive working relationship.
  • Motivate and guide your team\'s direct reports.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to procure outstanding personnel supporting business priorities. This team is made up of recruiters and technologists.
  • Support the recruitment team by coaching, developing, and providing the tools and resources necessary for their tasks to be productive as well as maximizing team member wellbeing.
What You\'ll Need To Be Successful:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, human resources, talent acquisition/recruiting, or a similar subject.
  • Minimum of 8\xe2\x80\x9310 years of expertise in talent management, recruiting, and/or talent acquisition.
  • Five or more years of experience managing others.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
  • A strategic perspective and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • The capacity to influence, adapt and lead in the face of change and ambiguity.
  • A mindset that is very focused on results.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • It would be best if you already had experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office software.
