Your Employer: India\'s biggest digital automotive solutions provider that supports the buyers at all stages of their personal mobility journey

Responsibilities:

- The person would be responsible for holding core exposure of end to end recruitment.

- The person would be taking care of effectively communication with the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team

- They would be responsible for conducting market scan for local and regional vendors including accessing new sources.

- They will be responsible for managing whole recruitment process.

- Managing relationship with onshore Business Process Owners and senior management.

- Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.

- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

- 8-10+years of experience in End to End Recruitment including sourcing.

- Hands on experience on Non-IT hiring like Digital business, Content, Media, Lead Generation etc.

- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.

- One should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.
