We are looking for a Lead/ Assistant manager talent acquisition who is passionate and tenacious individual who thrives in a fast-paced challenging environment. This role will combine creating and delivering strong sourcing strategies, with a focus on direct hiring and pipelining for the future, as well as day-to-day recruitment activities.
Job description:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies/plans for our technology hiring.
- Building good relationships with hiring managers, partnering with them to get and understanding of their hiring needs to be able to effectively source talent.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Create strong sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on direct hiring and pipelining for the future.
- Developing and measuring appropriate TA KPI's.
- Providing regular hiring updates to the business so they can see the progress being made.
