Job Description
Job Title: Manager -Surveillance Department: SurveillanceReports to: SVP -Surveillance Experience: Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Products preferably Bond MarketRequired Qualification:Graduate/ Post-Graduate with subjects that include Mathematics / Statistics / FinanceCore Competencies:
- Quantitative/Analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Good team player
- Adaptability to change
- Exposure to Treasury Products by virtue of working with either Trading/ Risk Management/ Analyst/Strategist Teams
- Working knowledge of capital markets. Exposure to fixed income/ foreign exchange/ derivative markets preferred.
- Monitor various trades across multiple platforms for outliers.
- Identify irregularities, abnormal activities on the trading systems.
- Analyze Surveillance system alerts and develop periodic reports.
- Data analysis using Excel/ R-Programming, data interpretation and data presentation.
- Regular interaction with internal and external teams on various aspects of system development.
- Testing of systems as per requirement.
- Should be ready to work extended hours as per the exigencies of business.
