Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Support

In this role, you will manage teams of Cora Sequence Support Engineers for multiple Clients.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Implementation and ensure adherence of Application Support Processes

\xc2\xb7 Ensure effective Governance of following points:
o Monitor overall progress
o Tickets trending
o Risk and Issue Management
o SLA Compliance
o Escalation Management

\xc2\xb7 Stakeholder Management: Liaison with both internal & external clients ensuring customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Reporting: Publishing of key metrices & reports on required periodicity

\xc2\xb7 People Management - Resource management including shift planning, productivity measurement, skill development etc.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain Knowledge base

\xc2\xb7 Respond to RFP and proposals

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 Graduate/postgraduate with IT/Computer Science Background

Preferred qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Experience in IT application support and Development

\xc2\xb7 ITIL certification at Intermediate/Expert level

\xc2\xb7 Prior work experience in Application Support projects is a MUST

\xc2\xb7 Well versed with Incident, Problem and Change Management Process

\xc2\xb7 Good project management skills and experience

\xc2\xb7 Technical background with hands-on development experience (preferably in Microsoft Technologies) in the past
