We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, \'anchor\', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business. Introduction: As Client Data Analyst, you will be required to process cases received from KYC refresh teams and approve the cases based on Identity and Verification standards on IDS platform. Working knowledge of systems like IDS, SDS & Fullserve. The role will involve independently managing workload and ensuring cases are rejected if a change is not agreed with. Cross skilling across all processes within the department is also an essential part of the role - Unified Client Hierarchy, Identity Service, Data Remediation and so forth as the department expands. Support will also be required towards playing a key role in contributing to team meetings, and working alongside colleagues in Chennai, Noida , United States and Glasgow. The successful applicant will undergo a training period on all processes and will also complete an accreditation process to ensure the correct decisions are being made. There will also be an opportunity to work on some technology initiatives and learn about the Bank as a whole and the offerings provided as the department expands. What will you be doing . Support day to day running of the various processes and ensure any issues are timely escalated via appropriate routes. . Manage MI and Monitor SLA - and contribute to a red, amber, green health status report on weekly basis . Support management of BA3 colleagues and encourage development, providing opportunities to stretch - regular 121 sessions should be a core accountability. . Implement a Quality Assurance model to demonstrate that the analysts within the team are following the required agreed procedure. . SME support for project activity, and ensuring UAT is carried out and completed successfully for new technology changes. . Build relationship with offshore teams and ensure collaboration across both sites to enable success. . Work with Onshore to devlop training plans, accreditation process & ramp up plans. . Liaison with multiple business units & share department\'s progress on weekly/monthly reviews . Introduce & review the existing controls in process to stay Audit Ready . Ability to deliver required quality results within agreed deadlines. What we\'re looking for: . The role holder must be able to demonstrate working with other business units, Technology teams & drive completion of work across multiple queues within agreed timelines . Analytical and complex problem solving being able to balance the need to meet regulatory and risk management requirements along with excellent client and colleague engagement . Understanding of the various systems used within the Bank and understanding of down stream impact of any action taken by Client Data Maintenance team . Demonstrated experience in a transformational environment, delivering mission critical systems and operations to support a dynamic business . Experience of meeting and exceeding SLA is essential given the cruciality of the process . Demonstrate people management (through management responsibility or mentoring) by being able to provide examples of challenging and positive situations, alongside success stories - this will be a key part of the role and will also span across many sites . Communication skills required must be exceptional, as expectation to deal with stakeholders of varying seniority and be able to show respect for colleagues across the globe . Strong communication and diplomacy skills are desirable as the role holder will be required to undergo challenge by stakeholders (internal and external) and must be able to push back or be able to enhance the business case to enable buy in - will include presenting risks, issues and dependencies . Ability to think through end to end impact of any changes proposed by technology or business heads to take confirmed decision . Ability to drive team\'s behaviour and actions to achieve department goals & expected results Skills that will help you in the role: . The role holder will have had experience of working collaboratively with Ops and Tech to develop a new system and bring this to life within their team through training and mentoring . The role holder will have had experience of working globally as this role runs across multiple sites . Ability to analyse technology scripts, with handling copious large volumes of data to detect clients to be excluded from the migrations, as otherwise the system could crash. This will require collaborating with other teams and understanding niche situations whereby existing technology could prevent the new systems from working adequately . The role holder must be flexible to adapt to project requirements, for example, working through evenings or weekends to enable releases and technology fixes to be delivered . Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and respond to changes in priority .
