:

As a KYC Client Data Manager III, you are required to have excellent customer service standards to define, analyze, and resolve inquiries and escalations and must be able to closely manage day to day operations of the team/department. You will proactively and strategically improve processes to ensure team members are high performing and meeting the firm wide quality standard.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall AML/KYC function including management duties (performance management, career planning, development, training), operational controls, and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Supports the day to day management of the KYC process to onboard and renew KYC records to regulatory standards with high quality while meeting tight deadlines, s
  • Partner with respective Middle office/Sales organizations to provide an excellent client experience through onboarding or periodic renewal
  • Manage AML/KYC-related KPIs (key performance indicators) for the segment/group to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness of completion
  • Make decisions that are effective and well-grounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights, support consistent hiring and performance management practices; serve as an escalation point for the AML/KYC team on related issues
  • Promote process improvement ideas and share best practices across the segment/group, manage special projects, including remediation and others, as directed by regulators, internal audit, etc, selection, performance management, and overall development of employees within their assigned team
  • Conducts analysis of daily/monthly metrics to track performance of individual team members over time to evaluate performance, learning, and capability. Create an effective and efficient team through continuous communication, timely feedback, and appropriate supervisory practice
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor\'s Degree and/or Graduate Degree, MBA or other post graduate degree with minimum 15-20 years\' experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in KYC
  • Strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, business leaders and functional partners, strong KYC industry experience with understanding of standards implemented in industry and well networked with industry peers
  • Consultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions, proven track record of effective leadership relative to change management and process re-engineering
  • Proactive approach to seek out best practices, anticipates clients\' future needs and collaborates on ideas with others, collaborate effectively with Operations Leaders, Technology and Business colleagues to drive issue resolution and maintain smooth operations
  • Highly motivated individual with advanced strategy, problem solving, and transformation as well as strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to transform Operations businesses across multiple business areas, outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time
  • Foster and champion High Performance Culture where people are empowered to make decisions that affect their work/environment, develop and lead a team that is responsive to dynamic organizational and operational changes
