Position Purpose

The Manager - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances is a key member of the Alliances Team, responsible for identifying partners, building relationships, running day to day operations and growth of the business through multiple alliance partners. The person will work on various go to market (GTM) initiatives alongside alliance partners to consistently target and position greytHR for cross-sell opportunities in line with the business goals.

This strategic position requires an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional who will work closely with internal stakeholders and partner resources to drive business growth.

• Plan & Achieve business targets for new customer acquisition for Greytip through alliance partners
• Manage existing alliances and drive the engagement to achieve targeted results
• Identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships to grow customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility.
• Establish, manage and foster strong executive relationships between Greytip and its Strategic Alliance Partners
• Own alliance partner relationships & Work closely with partners to identify and drive GTM strategies to execution
• Drive online and on-field campaigns with partner resources to meet business objectives with the alliance partners
• Help partners onboard their resources on Greytip's product and services.
• Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, marketing & sales to drive partner initiatives
• Conduct weekly/fortnightly/monthly reviews and governance meetings with alliance partners
• Periodic performance reporting - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
• Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in B2B Alliances management. 5 - 8 years of overall experience.

• Previous experience with SaaS companies/startups is a plus
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment & achieve the targeted goals
• Executive presence, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with partner team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
• Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong exposure to business planning with partners, gaining senior sponsorship, onboarding partners via training & coaching
• Willingness to travel
