with Software Development Lifecycle standards like IEEE-12207.


Qualification:
B Tech. / M Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering


Other Requirements:
Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects, Project Management, Plan for projects resources, Create projects schedule and projects timeline, Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule, Manage and mitigate issues and risks of projects, Maintain projects documentation and reporting, Track deliverables & present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions, Lead Quality Assurance, Technical Resources Management, Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule, Serve as the Technical Lead in all client meetings, Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development, Perform code reviews of development team and mentoring junior developers, Communication, Facilitates team and client meetings effectively, Holds regular status meetings with development team, Communicating and enforcing development quality standards, Deliver informative & well-organized presentations, To resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion, Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
