\xe2\x97\x8f Handle projects related to provision of accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS) and GAAP conversion services
to clients
\xe2\x97\x8f Independently handle projects related to IPO preparedness and preparation of financial information for IPO transactions
\xe2\x97\x8f Be responsible for engagement planning, budgeting, management and closure
\xe2\x97\x8f Be accountable for engagement economics, profitability and efficiency
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with other lines of services to identify business opportunities
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop people to take on higher responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in learning and education activities for the firm
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience of working on US GAAP / IFRS conversion engagements in the past
\xe2\x97\x8f Quick learner and manages a team well
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to read, understand and apply technical accounting standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage/execute projects, develop and implement solutions
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and develop business opportunities and manage relationships
\xe2\x97\x8f Coach junior team members, encourage technical excellence and learning
\xe2\x97\x8f Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills
