CommScope is Looking for Manager - Security Operations who will be actively responsible for APAC & EMEA

How You\'ll Help Us Connect the World:

You will be leading security operations in multiple locations across APAC and EMEA

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Understanding of the geopolitical aspects for various countries in APAC & EMEA and communicate effectively with various collaborators
• Preferably CPP certified and must posses understanding on BCP concepts
• Should have good project management experience to handle projects across various geographical location
• Preferably with GSOC experience and able to understand the functions of GSOC
• Understanding of travel security advisories and ability to draft critical advisories for travelers when required and should have an understanding on the agencies travel safety like ISOS, Control risks
• Able to prepare CAPEX AND OPEX budgets
• Knowledge on meaningful metric /SLAS for physical security and GSOC
• Prior experience in balancing multiple vendors for security systems, alarm supervising agencies, key-holding services in Europe region is preferred
• Understanding of security contracts and compliance requirements in various countries
• Able to deal with contracts and RFP with vendors
• Experience and Knowledge on date center security operations and badging polices
• Able to lead and handle situations of a critical nature and maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s confidentiality and information security practices (medical record, personnel issues, investigations, public relations incidents, emergency personnel contact information)
• Dispatching and coordinating response to incidents that occur on company premises, or events, using the appropriate communication methods. Responses may be to medical emergencies, burglar, fire, or duress alarms and other events or needs. At company\xe2\x80\x99s request, may provide liaison with law enforcement, fire department, or industrial and civil emergency response organizations related to emergencies on company property
• Good skills in Receiving, evaluating, and disseminating incoming information and reports from company security personnel, and company employees, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies.
• Supporting tactical open-source monitoring efforts during special events, security incidents, disasters, and other crises on a global scope.
• Solid experience in Creating programs, processes, and policies that will formalize the GSOC\xe2\x80\x99s role in protecting people, property, and production
• Should be technically sound in understanding IT polices, network confirmation and data flows in security systems
• Support leadership in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management/incident command programs, including planning and conducting exercises with local first responders.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Should be a Graduate in science or engineering
• Have a minimum of 10 yrs of work experience in physical security and GSOC. Global security exposure needed
• Experience in handling security ops in other Regions like APAC and Europe will help
• Should have proficiency in access control systems
• Having CPP certification will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills and date management like power BI, tableau
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, finance tools such as oracle and SAP
• Knowledge on Network IP\xe2\x80\x99s & configurations.
• Ability to quickly assess complicated situations and take appropriate action, such as during security incidents
• Understanding of basic networking concepts of IT.
• Knowledge and experience in drafting travel risk advisories and reports
