Business Vertical: Shared Services Department: Treasury Designation: (currently Manager) Line of Business: Shared Services Proposed Immediate Superior: Felix Fernandes Grade: ( Currently 4A) Key Objective of the Job: Contribute to Treasury Mid-office function Major Deliverables: Handling documentation for various types of borrowings post deals done mainly Bank Loans Maintaining data of various lenders / Interest payments / repayments Various compliance requirements for treasury products and updation in Legatrix Execution of daily transactions i.e. Interest payments / Repayment of Loans on maturity Interaction with Banks, RTA, custodians, etc. Reconciliation of interest calculation with interest debited by Banks Liaise with Banks for excess charge reversal Ensure no reporting done for debit balances Tracking Record dates for Interest payments / repayments of various types of NCDs and maintaining records of unpaid interest Handle audits - Internal/ Statutory / RBI / any other audits Participate in systems development Prepare Stock statement. Provide Asset cover working. Arrange End-use, Stock Statement, Security Cover certificates from CA Arrange payments through Netbanking SAP system updation (parking of transactions, updation of MCLR) Monitor Invoices raised Liaise with legal and secretarial team on any of the above matters Specialized job competencies: Eye for details and dependability Desired Experience: 4 yrs in Treasury Other desired attributes: Reliable and dedicated Location: Mumbai Number of Positions: 1 Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
