• Thorough knowledge of HVAC system (Central plant Air conditioning & Air side system)
• Must be well versed with HVAC Contractors, Consultants, GC\'s
• Ability to understand, benchmark, and communicate the energy aspects of the HVAC system
• Able to develop a commercial proposal based on the Energy audit, detailed BOQ/BOM
• Should know the key consultants in retrofit business in the region (North India)
• Bring the sales from key domains such as, Hospitality, IT/ITES, Commercial Real estate, Industrial, Manufacturing and Healthcare segment.
• Capability to develop new customers and grow on existing customers focus on thinking process and sales methodology
• Knowledge of competitors\' products, weaknesses and strengths is desirable
• BEE certification, CEM, LEED, and Equivalent certification will be an added advantage

* Skills Required

• Previous experience related to sales of HVAC Products
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & CRM software
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written(Mails).
• Good organizational skills and ability to do multitask
• Ability to achieve targets

* Behavioural Qualities Analytical mindset with sales acumen. Individuals shall be self-driven people with problem-solving skills when it comes to challenges. He shall be a team player and shall have good listening skills.
