Position Title Manager - TrainingFunction Field Sales Training for new joiners & existing sales teamWork Location Base location - Gurgaon (Travelling required to other cities too on time to time)JOB PURPOSE - Why does this role exist in the organization. This role is responsible to train new sales team members (From AM level to General Manager sales level) for Hospital/Healthcare services sales, train how to build good relationship with Hospital team and Doctors. Providing Behavioural training, personality development training and sales productivity training.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :Role :- Designing and owning sales training roadmap for new team members - Maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving for the productivity related gaps (it could be through training, feedback, counselling, PRP etc- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance- Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.- Content DevelopmentKEY REQUIREMENTS- OJT, FODs with sales team for 15 days minimum a month in field, building the capabilities of the sales managers in terms of hiring, development & retention.Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Healthcare Graduates are preferred)Years of Experience:- 6-10 years experience in Sales training in Retail/Pharma/Hospital/Medical device/Insurance sector- Preferred prior experience in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical equipment direct sales or sales training- Good hands-on Training content Creation and PPT- Excellent Communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
