Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a list of Top Builders in your regions

2. Mapping the PAM/Competition/Key Contacts for Each account

3. Number of Mockups executed with Each Account(New Homes)

4. Number of Mockups Converted from Competition

5. Mapping of all projects in the next 5 years

6. Total Pipeline created for Each BU in Each account

7. CXO Level Connect

8. MoU\'s to be signed with all accounts

9. Cobranding in Builder Brochure

10. Cobranding & Promotion in Project Sites-Banner

11. Drive digital Marketing for each builder

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • An Engineering graduate with relevant experience of 4+ years in managing Residential/Commercial EU segment.
  • Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Should be able to speak the local language. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity \xe2\x80\xa2 Assertiveness
  • Collaborative and Result Oriented.
