The mission of Phoenix continues to be to provide solutions that match the best in the world.We are looking for an experienced Manager - Sales for the Asia Pacific region. He/ She should be experienced in dealing with International Sales adopting to the country's culture and strategic planning and process implementation. He/ She should solve complex operational, technical challenges with high degree of autonomy in handling sales. Work closely with Neonatologists, Paediatrians, Gynaecologists and distributors and to identify and solve customer gaps, challenges and oppurtunities in the Asia Pacific Sales.Monitor, Review and provide feedback of sales and Distributor performance to drive and to yield the target of Asia Pacific Sales volumes. Drive continuous improvement in performance and team efficiency by adapting all latest techniques in Sales management system of Asia Pacific region. Development of Strategic Export Plan and demonstrating export growth opportunities for existing and proposed products.Location : Based out of Head office at ChennaiExperience - Minimum 10 years and Maximum 15 years in the area of Medical Device/ Equipment SalesQualification - An Engineering Graduate with MBA in Marketing/ Sales/ International BusinessSkills required -Good understanding of the Asia Pacific & CIS business and cultural environment.Ability to solve problems and think out of the box.Should have good negotiation skills, demonstarate strong analytical, logical and international sales skills.Result oriented, innovative thinking with focus on continuous improvement.Strong verbal and communication skillsJob Purpose To meet export department Sales / margin and ensure growth plans are reached as per the business planWork directly with the International Distributors, Sales Channel PartnersDeliver, develop and execute growth strategies in the demanding marketsImplementation of Best Practices in Sales Strategy and monitoring the sales progress to budgeted targets in line with the organization goals.Develop and train sales channel partners, distribution partners in respect of Existing & New Products and strengthen the commercial targets.Generate positive enthusiasm in Sales place for the South Asia Pacific region, especially in the regions which have more potential markets.Duties & Responsibilities Achieve the set target regionwiseIdentify and appoint Distributors (including agreements) in the Asia Pacific market to maintain stock and sale of productsProduct Registration including FSC and renewals in the Asia Pacific regionContinuous monitoring and reviewing the distributorMarket expansion geographicallyAcquiring new marketsShall travel internationally - atleast 1 country per monthMarketing activities like participating in conferences, conducting workshops, training the sales team of dealers and distributorsEnd User activities - KOL interaction and direct meetings with them to promote our products.Visit customers with distributors and ensure technical support is provided by the customer support team.Ensure minimum stock of spares are maintained to provide immediate customer support.Shall work with cross functional teams for smooth operations to add more value.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
