1. Plans for achievement of sales targets and store activity level by monitoring constantly and consistently, thereby attaining goals through successful performance
2. Plan, manage, control and responsible for selling activities to achieve sales and profit targets
3. Work closely with Customer Sales & Service staff to maintain close relationships with customers; ensure calls are productive, new promotions communicated effectively, and customer service is maintained at high level
4. Prepare statistic report and analyze sales data in each category
5. Follow competitor activities and propose in-store promotions to improve sales volume; communicate to Commercial Department
6. Verify and control standard of merchandise, especially quality and freshness of all Fresh items
7. Follow-up on promotion proposals to improve sales as budgeted
